What if I can't make a meeting?
If you can't make a meeting, it is important to remember to give ADVANCE notice that you will not be present. As long as it is something for school, a pre-planned doctor's visit or some other significant event, fill out this form and turn it in to our Secretary. You can submit it to her electronically or you can print off the form, fill it out and turn it in to her mailbox in my room (317) OR, if I will have copies in my room that you can pick out and later turn in. If you are sick or if something came up unexpectedly, be sure to fill out the form as well so we know why you missed and can excuse you.
