Google Takeout - Backup your Google Drive

For departing seniors who would like to take their portfolio with them or for staff who would like to have a backup copy of all their files, Google has created a new tool for you. Google Takeout will allow you to back up all the files from your Google Drive and will convert them to Microsoft Office formats so they can be opened on any computer.
