Full-Time Combined Position

Paraprofessional & Food Service Worker

For the 2024-25  School Year

Salary Range:  As Per CBA

Madison Elementary School is looking for an individual with flexibility to work as a food service worker and paraprofessional.  

We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude,  detail oriented, and have the ability to work with and around students. Possess the willingness to achieve the highest possible standards for all meals served and caring for students.

The position requires the candidate to perform a wide range of duties involved with preparing and serving foods and beverages following Federal and State guidelines as well as clean up.  May serve food to customers,  perform cashier duties, and/or put deliveries away.

This is a 189 day contracted position, 34.5 hours per week.  

Food Service hours per week (typically 8:30-1:15 each day) for assistant cook.

Paraprofessional hours 1:15-3:15-3:30.

To apply candidates must:

•  Have at least one year prior food service experience.

•  NH Para II certification

•  Be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to effectively multitask.

•  Lift up to 50 LBS. on a daily basis.

•  Have a clear criminal background check

•  Verification of health to perform job
