US History

In this year-long course you will immerse yourself in the people, places, ideas, and events that shaped the United States from its conception to present. You will draw connections between past and current events, and learn how the smallest events can have the greatest effects. In addition to learning history, you will have several opportunities to record histories of people you know, as you become a historian yourself. Finally, you will learn how history can affect your life, and how you can use it to make informed decisions.
