Counseling Staff

Please contact your school counselor or one of the student assistance counselors if you need help during the school day (see contact info below). The best way to contact counselors is via email. If counselors are available via other means, they will follow up with other options. 

If you need immediate assistance, please call the Foundation 2 Crisis Center at (319) 362-2174 or 1-800-332-4224 or call/text the National Crisis Line (Call 1-800-273-8255 or Text SHARE to 741741.)
