Time Off Rules
Employees are encouraged to familiarize themselves with Legacy’s time off policies so they can confidently utilize both employee-earned and district-paid leave. To support this, we’ve created the Time Off Policy Acknowledgement Form.
By completing this form, available paid time off will be applied before any unpaid time is deducted from an employee’s pay. This helps ensure peace of mind during times when submitting time off may not be feasible, allowing employee-earned leave to be used first before unpaid time is processed.
Employees are only required to sign this form once while employed with LPCA and it can only be revoked in writing.
