We also recognize the confidentiality of our candidates. Many of the people who Dynamic Synergy recruits are currently employed by another company. Client companies must respect this fact and not jeopardize the candidates' positions throughout the search process. This includes that no candidate's name or presentation material may be shared with anyone other than those directly involved in the search.
