The success of our work depends upon a detailed understanding of our clients' goals and management style. We regularly receive confidential information as part of our normal client relationships. We therefore respect absolute confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information provided to us about a client organization and do not disclose any information unless with the explicit approval of the client.

We also recognize the confidentiality of our candidates. Many of the people who Dynamic Synergy recruits are currently employed by another company. Client companies must respect this fact and not jeopardize the candidates' positions throughout the search process. This includes that no candidate's name or presentation material may be shared with anyone other than those directly involved in the search.
