Dear Kairos Team Members:

We will have our second team meeting this Saturday 1/30/16 at Hillside Christian Church, South Campus ( 6901 Bell Street) The meeting will be in the gym on the south side of the main building and the entrance is also on the south side. The team meeting will start @ 8:30, we will have breakfast & coffee from 8:00-8:30 so we can have the meeting started promptly at 8:30 AM. Kairos Outside will provide lunch, please bring a donation to help support their ministry.

Action Items

· Suggested team donation $175.00 for single $300.00 for husband & wife-please bring money to team meeting as soon as possible to Patricia Bailey

· Will need to write 42 encouragement letters to the brothers in white. If this is your first time writing letters, please email me back and I can send you a sample encouragement letter.

· Invite prospective team members to attend a team meeting and ask them to pray about joining the team, every team member should have someone they invite
