Thursday April 16

8:00 a.m. - Set up team meet at DeFalco ( Scott Reid, Dean Cooke, Frank Toole )

10:00 a.m. - TDCJ TRAINING: Please bring your application form filled out. Have your drivers license/ID - be at DeFalco by 9:45

12:00 noon - All Team Members should be at DeFalco for lunch and a team meeting.

2:00 p.m. - Leave for DeFalco on Bus (take ID and keys only) NO CELL PHONES, pocketknives

7:30/8:00 p.m. - Return to DeFalco, Consecration Meal (please no children), Cross Praying Ceremony, Pray over speakers

FRIDAY APRIL 17

6:00 a.m. - Breakfast - If not staying at retreat center, be at DeFalco no later than 6:15 a.m.

A FEW THINGS - Please Look Over

1. Bring:

a. your 42 letters with matching pen and envelopes to address.

b. your drivers license

c. name tags (unless new member)

d. soft drinks, teas, bottled water and snacks for Friday and Saturday nights. Also special diet items if needed.

2. Dress Code: No white shirts or pants. No sandals. Shirts must have a collar. Try to avoid solid blue or red colors.

3. Medications: Insulin must be checked at Central Control and can be accessed there as needed. If team members need oral medication at the unit, bring only one day's dosage in at a time. Take medication(s) privately (rest room).

4. Closing Guests: Remember to instruct folks you invited to closing to meet at DeFalco at 1:45 or at the Neal gate at 2:00. Everyone must have their unexpired driver's license and their name must be on the "Permission to Enter the Facility" form (TDCJ IOC). Vehicles are subject to search and all vehicles must be locked with no unsecured objects in truck beds. There will be an airport TSA type security pat search at the first check point and driver's license, name tag and keys are the only items allowed. No handbags, umbrellas, cell phones or electronic devices of any type.

PRAY - PRAY - PRAY - KAIROS FAMILY the time is here to participate and watch in awe as God demonstrates His power through His body. What a honor and blessing this is to serve alongside fellow brothers and sisters in Christ to share His love at the Neal Unit. I would encourage you to stay in feverent prayer for the 42 men in white, our team, the Neal Unit and the present Kairos community inside that His will be done and most importantly that we bring Him glory.
