We went on a strategy retreat in Kanchanaburi, Comed Resort and spent four days led by Robert Twiddy to define our strategy for the future.  This made a significant change to both our short term and long term aspirations.  We are already seeing an increase in business, but in the areas we should focus in.  Robert continues to mentor us and give us support to turn our strategy into action.

Robert Twiddy led customer commercial contract scope negotiations, re staffed the programme and successfully led the delivery and then achieved one year’s worth of consulting. His tenacity with difficult senior managers to align the customers organisation led to the first successful cross function programme.
