Hi, I'm Julia and I help survivors of trauma in order to heal yourself by showing you yoga techniques to release the stress in your body and your mind. I help you to relieve stress and anxiety through breathing, movement, relaxation, and meditation.

My yoga story....

I started doing yoga many years ago as a way to focus and energize my body. I discovered that yoga was also instrumental in helping me cope with some difficult personal times - specifically, dealing with trauma that I had locked in my body from abuse. It also helped me to deal with the other things that life presented me, a stressful job, the loss of my father, and my pregnancy and the exhaustion of being a parent. I don't know what I would have done without my yoga practice during those times.

I was compelled to become a yoga instructor back in 2012 and have since studied many other healing arts - all with the purpose of helping others heal from their trauma, just as yoga had helped me heal.
