The Readers' Cup Challenge 2021 : A focus on classic short stories


This term to celebrate Book Week (21 -27 August) the Library and Book Club will be holding our first annual Readers' Cup Challenge. This year the theme will be classic short stories. Everyone is welcome to enter!


We will hold the event- a fun Kahoot event where you enter as teams or individually to answer questions on the prescribed list of short stories below.


You can sign up individually or in teams of up to 5 and help each other in answering the Kahoot questions. Please do sign up!

We aim to hold the event during lunchtime on Monday the 23rd August in the GO rooms. I will confirm these details closer to the date of the Kahoot.


In preparation for this event, please start gathering your teams together and we have multiple copies of the short stories both as eBooks and eAudiobooks available for you to start reading and listening to. You can click on the covers or the titles of the books on the attached .pdf file below to link straight to the books.

The winners will have their names engraved (this year will be the first engraving) on the Reader's Cup!
