Hodder Education A Level Magazines:

We have taken out a digital school subscription to some Hodder Education A-Level magazines, these include:


  • Biological Sciences Review

  • Chemistry Review

  • English Review

  • Geography Review

  • Physics Review

  • Psychology Review


These are great resources and they will give access to the archive of articles published.

Students can also access these magazines.


As the platform has recently changed, I wanted to update you on accessing these resources on the new system.


You can see the links to these on the portal and access will be easy after completing the following step which allows you to enter your school email and verify it for use on Single Sign On.


If you would like access to these digital resources please follow the steps below: NB: Please use your school email if self-registering


1. Follow this link which will allow you to self-register into our school subscription:


Student Self Registration Link - Also students may email Ms Veldsman to generate an activation email for them


Teacher Self Registeration Link



2. The screen will ask you to enter your details with JMSS school email: Please note - You can but do not need to enter details here, you can click Sign in with Google


3. Click Sign in With Google


4. Select your School Google Account


5. Sign in through JMSS sign in

They will send you a verification email the first time you sign in to verify your account, you will only have to do this once and then you will have easy access.


Now you should be able to log into Hodder Magazines and access the content we subscribe to.

The easiest way to access our list of magazines is to navigate to the individual magazines from the quick links on Staff Portal:


This will take you to the landing page for each magazine (Otherwise Hodder Education takes you to the landing page showing all content)


Now you can navigate through past volumes or do a search for a specific term:


You can then see the results:


And filter these further for example:


Then you can easily select any article that looks interesting to you and read it fully:
