To contact tech support, go to IT Helpdesk @ JESD at jesd.zendesk.com/hc, make sure your username shows in the upper right hand corner, and click "Submit a request."

Instructions (click here for a short video):

1. Click on the link above to go to IT Helpdesk @ JESD.

2. Click "Sign in" in the upper right corner.

3. Authenticate with your JESD G Suite account. (This may happen automatically!)

4. Click "Submit a request" and fill out the form to submit a ticket.

5. A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
