Disposing of Equipment
Download and complete this Request for Disposition form when obsolete or broken computer equipment needs to be removed. The form should include the JESD inventory tag number (see pic below) and a brief description of the item. List each item separately.
Send the list to the Information Team at the District Office. We will include this on an upcoming Board agenda. Once approved by the Board, the site administrator can put a Work Order in to have Maintenance remove them.
