Pull ups - one box (please send the ones with the velcro tabs on the sides)

Extra pair of panties/underwear (labeled with your child's first name)

Baby wipes - three packages

Lysol wipes - 2 containers

Two rolls of paper towels T

Two outfits of seasonally appropriate clothing

Comfort item  (if needed) Pacifier used only at nap time

Diaper ointment - labeled with your child's name

Large backpack (regular size for K children)

***A cup to be left at school used for water at recess, morning and afternoon snacks)

They will be washed by the cafeteria each day.

* $100 supply fee for full time (5 days)

* $80 supply fee for 3 days a week

* $60 supply fee for 2 days a week

* You will be billed through your FACTS account for the supply fee.

***Special Request***

Please regularly empty backpacks of all unnecessary items.  This will help tremendously in getting student folders in the backpacks.
