Nurse's Rules
Your child needs to be fever free without medicine for at least 24 hours before returning to school.
Your child needs to not vomit for at least 24 hours before returning to school.
We abide by the date of return on a doctor's excuse. Your child does not need to return until that date.
Over-the-counter
Medication Information
Kaley Loague, R.N., is our school nurse. If you wish for your child to receive over-the-counter medications during school hours, you will need to complete and submit an Itawamba County School District Authorization for Over-the-Counter Medication to be Taken During School Hours form. The forms are on our school website or can be requested from your child’s teacher.
