ARBITER REGISTRATION
Please register using the Arbiter Registration system. Note the following regarding the Arbiter Registration:
Be prepared to know your student’s student ID# with Burnsville High School, Burnsville Alternative, Virtual Academy, Eagle Ridge Middle School, Nicollet Middle School.
Payment will be required at the time of completion of the registration via credit card. (Registration fee scholarships are offered from the site.)
FEES
The Winter Drumline Registration fee is $65.00 for the 2025-26 School Year. Registration fee scholarships are available on the Arbiter Registration system.
For families who qualify for PARTIAL Educational Benefits, the cost is reduced to $32.50
For families who qualify for FULL Educational Benefits, the cost is reduced to $25.00
NEW REGISTRATION
If you are a new user with Arbiter, please create an account with a username/password.
Creating an Arbiter Registration Account:
1. Create an Arbiter Registration account (you only need one account for your whole family).
2. Activate your Arbiter Registration account, from the activation link sent to your email.
3. Click the “Accept Invitation” button in this email, and navigate to the program you wish to register for.
4. Fill out the form and register [Participant Name].
RETURNING REGISTRATION
If the student is already registered in a 2025-26 school sport/activity (like Marching Band), please use the same username/password with Arbiter. The student/family would select "Burnsville High School Non-MSHSL Activities Registration 2025-26".
