Meet the Directors

BHS Band Director, Keith French

Keith French is a second generation band director so band music is in his blood! Keith came to Burnsville after teaching for eight years at Cannon Falls High School. He received his bachelors and masters degrees from the University of Minnesota, where he played trombone in the Wind Ensemble and Jazz Ensemble I. Keith lives in Cannon Falls with his wife, Marci, and dog, Chaos.  In his spare time, Keith enjoys bike riding, skiing, spending time with his family, and, of course, listening to and playing music!

BHS Band Director, Molly Holmes

Molly Holmes is also a second generation band director. She has been teaching in ISD 191 since 1992.  Molly joined the BHS band staff in 2007 and enjoys teaching piano and History of Rock n Roll in addition to the 9th and 10th grade band classes. She lives in Lakeville with her husband, Jim, and her two doodles, Willow and Walter.
