Charms
The Charms website allows you to see specific information about your band student, including the balance of his or her student account. To log in to your student's account, click the link below, then locate the ENTER/LOGIN drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the page. Click on PARENT/STUDENT/MEMBERS.
Our school code is burnsvillehsmusic, and the password is your student's school ID number.
To see your student's account balance, click on the Finance icon.
If you have not done so yet, please register to receive emails through Charms! This is the main way we communicate with parents. To sign up, follow these easy steps after you have logged into the site:
Click the Personal Info button and fill out all fields with your student's information.
Click Add New Adult (at the bottom of the page) and enter one parent/guardian's information. "Copy dotted fields from student?" allows you to copy that information from your student's page. Fill out the rest of the fields using your contact information.
IMPORTANT: Click the green Update button in the upper right hand corner after filling out all your information! If you would like to add another parent/guardian, click Add New Adult again and follow the same steps. Don't forget to click Update after each addition!
