NYTD 19 survey now available

The NYTD survey for 19 year-olds is now available. Youth who participated in the NYTD survey at ages 17 may now eligible to complete the second NYTD survey.
Youth will receive a $25.00 gift card to Casey's General Store, HyVee, or Walmart, for participating in the second NYTD survey.
There are 3 methods to participate:
Phone: 1-800-228-4912
Online: bit.ly/IowaNYTD, click on 'Take the Survey' and enter your survey ID.
Mail: We will mail you a paper survey with a business reply envelope.

Iowa NYTD seeking entries for 2018 Expressive Creations Contest

Are you an artist, poet, musician, filmmaker or photographer? Have you experienced foster care? If you answered yes to those two questions, then we want to see your work! Iowa NYTD is seeking young artists up to age 24 to participate in the 2018 Iowa NYTD Expressive Creations Contest.
The 2018 contest theme is 'What inspires me?' Create a work of art demonstrating what inspires you!
Iowa NYTD will award gift cards to the top 3 entries.
1st: $75.00
2nd: $50.00
3rd: $25.00
In addition, the artist of the top entry will have the option to submit their work to the 2018 Doodle 4 Google's contest.
The deadline to submit entries is February 20, 2018. Participants are welcome to submit a digital copy of their entry or mail the original entry to our office.
Digital submission: Upload a photo of your art on social media using #IOWANYTD, or email a photo of your art to nytd@iowa.gov.
Mail submission: Mail original work of art to:
