NYTD 21 survey now available

The NYTD survey for 21 year olds is now available. Youth who participated in the NYTD survey at ages 17 and 19 are now eligible to complete the final NYTD survey.
Youth will receive a $50.00 gift card to Casey's General Store or HyVee, or a care package, for participating in the final NYTD survey.
There are 3 methods to participate:
Phone: 1-800-228-4912
Online: bit.ly/IowaNYTD, click on 'Take the Survey' and enter your survey ID.
Mail: We will mail you a paper survey with a business reply envelope.

Free grants may be available for youth under the age of 24 and fall within one of these categories:
Exited foster care at age 18 or within 30 days of turning 18
Adopted from foster care after the age of 16
Exited the state training school at age 18 or within 30 days of turning age of 18
