• • Talk with Naidu sir(Head of central library):-

  • Initial talk with Naidu sir on 29/01/2013.

  • And talk with A. Neema sir on 29/01/2013 for Discussion on software of Central library and Soul2.0 was held and it was decided to work on Central Library 's software.

  • It was decided that Installation will be done on some machines on 2/2/2013.

  • Talk with the engineer of central library :- Due to some reasons he is not available today and will install the software on monday (4/2/13).

  • Had a talk with engineer again but he was not available surely the installation will be done on 6/3/13 at 12:30 PM

  • Again Disappointed by the engineers Hope that the installation can be done tomorrow.....

  • Installation has been done for the software of library....(6/2/13)

  • Test plan?

  • Implementation and Deployment plan ?

  • User Manual/Documentation Plan

  • Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Plan

  • Demonstration ,submission,User approval

  • hard and soft copy of Project Report
