Good Morning Sir,

Alumni Information Management System page on our Google site has been updated yesterday i.e. 31/01/2013, you may see the changes going through the link given: http://goo.gl/YWgyf .

I have provided descriptions to the page introducing Alumni Management System as discussed with you (covering maximum points of the discussion), I also attached some documents to the project's page like:

(1) link to snapshot of ER diagram for the data available(showing the difference between the previously available unstructured data and the newly collected formatted data).

(2) The 1st version i.e. v.1 to the Software Project Management Plan(SPMP ) for the project.

PS: Please suggest for improvisations to the related materials provided.
