Continuous Contract of Employment (468) Checking Report

The Continuous Contract of Employment (468) Checking Report is located under Master ⇒ Master Reports.

It prints only for Non-Continuous Contract Employees (such as part-time and casual staff) who meet the 468 rule. The report verifies whether these employees meet the ‘468’ continuous contract requirement, which entails being employed by the same employer for at least 4 consecutive weeks and either working at least 17 hours per week or a total of at least 68 hours across those 4 weeks. 

The new requirement takes effect on 18 January 2026.
