The notice said ... "wear yellow".  It did not say it was a fancy dress day, so I am surprised to see tutus etc.

The following students will be attending the Literacy through the Arts workshop on Friday 28th August

These students need to meet Mrs Hewlett in the foyer at 8.05 am with their school bag and lunch. 

We will be leaving school at 8.15am and traveling to Ponsonby Intermediate in the school van.

The Workshop begins at 9.30am and finished at 2pm.

We will be back at school for 3pm

On days when the field is closed, there are going to be some changes to the rules on the Top Dome.  This is because it becomes too crowded and dangerous with so many ball games happening at the same time.

At Morning Tea today... only basketball and football on the top dome.   If you can't follow the rules, you will be sent off the dome

At lunchtime today ... only basketball and tag.  NO KICKING OF THE BALL!! If you can't follow the rules, you will be sent off the dome

Father's Day Breakfast

Tickets are selling fast for the Father's Day Breakfast next Friday 4th September.  Come and join us for some delicious bacon rolls or cereals if that's what you prefer.  Tickets are free for Howick students and only $5 for dads or that special male in your life.  It is open to girls and boys.  Lots of prizes to be won too.  Make sure you get your ticket soon.

Boys and Girls - Need to practise your shooting skills? Only practise will help! Come along at lunchtime for some shooting games and practise at Lunchtime today. Top dome.

ENVIRO LEADERS

Enviro Club is starting again next week and will be on Fridays at 9.45-10.45 with some morning tea and lunch sessions as well. To prepare for the upcoming projects, can ALL the Enviro Leaders please attend on Friday at 9.45 in the Science Room. If you have other commitments this Friday (or future Friday's) you must still come and see me first.
