The Howick Rotary Fun Walk & Run is a relaxed, community-focused event with scenic routes suitable for walkers and runners of all ages.

Course Length: 5.9km

If you would like to represent HIS at this event, ask your teacher to add your name to this doc. You don't need to trial! Just sign up and participate.

There is no cost to you for this event. By participating you will earn points towards your school badge! (NB: you must have at least 75% school attendance to participate)

Once all names are in Mrs Mac will send your permission slips to your class.

Race Bibs

Round the Bays is on Sunday! Your race bibs are being couriered to school and they will be delivered to your class as soon as they arrive.

Just a reminder about the details of when and where to meet - you need to check in with a teacher on arrival and before you go home!

Date: Sunday 8 March 2026

Venue: Quay Street, Auckland City (meet Mr Clarke, Miss Ireland, Mrs Van den berg, and Mrs Kaw)

Transport: You will need to make your own arrangements. You can enjoy free travel to and from the event on AT buses and trains. Just show your bib when you board.

Time: 8.30 am arrival at venue (race begins at 9:30 am)

Approximate finish time: 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
