Effective July 1, 2025 the tuition reimbursement for full-time staff will be as follows:
Staff are eligible for reimbursement up to $4,000 per year.
Requests are approved on a first come, first serve basis and cannot be approved upon depletion of available funds.
Please note the new requirements instituted with regard to tuition and adjustment on the guide.
You must use the attached "Tuition Request Form" to request reimbursement. All requests must be pre-approved by the Superintendent. Please do not register for a class until you have approval confirmation.
No tuition will be reimbursed if the college/university is not accredited by by NJ/US Department of Labor. Adjustments on the salary guide can only be made if the college/university is Accredited and credits awarded are for graduate classes.

Pre-approval is required for tuition reimbursement. Requests for the upcoming school year will be accepted beginning April 1st.
Classes must be graduate level and administered by an accredited college or university.
Classes must be relevant to your current assignment or future role in the disrict. A course description from the college and a brief explanation of relevance is required with submission of the request form.

Proof of payment for the courses must be submitted.
Upon completion of the courses, official transcripts must be submitted.
