The LINKS Academy is a transitional therapeutic day program servicing students from Glastonbury and surrounding towns.
Our Mission:
LINKS Academy is committed to empowering students, from kindergarten through the age of twenty one, to develop their potential for success by facilitating social emotional development and fostering independence and resilience in academic and/or vocational skills.
Our Vision:
In a collaborative effort with students’ home schools and community, the LINKS Academy strives to provide a comprehensive program that promotes strategy and skill building through individualized instruction, social-emotional supports, and vocational experiences.
LINKS Academy is committed to the:
Creation of a safe and positive environment
Promotion of personal responsibility and respect for self and others
Collaboration with parents, school staff, community agencies and providers
Development of thoughtful decision making and emotional self-regulation
Maintenance of high academic standards while addressing unique learning styles
Strategic use of technological learning tools

Reintegration of student into their home schools
Development of post high school transition plans
