Here are the First Grade's expectations for student behavior.

BLUE FOLDERS

All students will have a take-home folder that they will take out daily.  They hold documents/information that you need to review each day.  Please start checking the daily blue folders each day.  Thank you for partnering with your teacher on this.

FORGOTTEN ITEMS

If your child forgets an item at home (water bottle, lunch box, etc.) you may drop off the items and place them in the first grade black bin outside of the front office. Please have items dropped off by 11:00am. This is the only time teachers are able to check the bin for the day.

Homework Policy

As a district policy, 1st-grade students do not have homework.   Students are encouraged to spend time outside of school reading for 20 minutes a day or practicing their spelling words.
