During IVAS2015 the following 3 hours workshops took place about Wine and grape Metabolomics

Tuesday 14th July, 9-12 am

Room 6302 of Palazzo della Ricerca e della Conoscenza - campus of Fondazione Edmund Mach

via Mach 1, San Michele all'Adige - Italy

This workshop is mainly directed at PhD students, post-docs and young researchers, working in the field of enology and viticulture, with no or little experience in the field of metabolomics who are seeking to gain or improve their knowledge and skills in grape and wine metabolomics. The aim of the workshop is to provide an overview of the metabolomics work-flow including experimental design, measurements, data analysis, (bio)marker discovery and metabolite annotation. During the last session, selected examples/applications will be presented to illustrate the power of metabolomics in grape and wine research.
