At Fredonia Central Schools we strive to develop sustainable musical growth, encouragement, creativity and excitement at all age levels.
Kindergarten: We will explore music through movement, learn how to perform, sing using our Solfege, and explore beginning notation.
Grade 1: We will continue to explore music through movement, develop our dramatic skills, continue working on steady beat & notation, improvise and sing!
Grade 2: We will work on our notes, rests and rhythms so we can continue to make BEAUTIFUL music and compose together.
Grade 3: We are ready to read music and will play recorders.
Grade 4: We will continue to "hone in" on our musicianship skills and play guitars in the process.
