The purpose of your book talk is to interest others in the book you’re presenting. Your book talk is NOT a book report; you should meet the requirements, as well as present the information in a way that will interest others in reading.
The day of your book talk SHOULD NOT be the first time you’ve said it out loud. Practice. Everyone will know if you’ve taken this assignment seriously…or not.
