Step 1. Start Up

1. 70 hours of online coursework with assessments to be completed. Link to Edivate.

2. Complete the Test Administrator Training Modules

• Module 1: Active Monitoring

• Module 2: Distribution of Test Materials

• Module 3: Proper handling of Secure Materials

• After completion of modules a certificate will be issued, please download certificate and email to toppstaff@esc20.net

• Completion of hours: 4

3. FBE Requirement - 30 Hours

4. Online Modules for Ethics (a required TEA session) for those accepted to TOPP after May 29, 2016. Located in Edivate.
