Upload pdf of our slides to your website half an hour before class time so instructor can download
- Each team member should participate in the presentation; write team member's name on the bottom of the slide they are presenting.
- Bring props! Spend some of your money! each team has $100 to spend. Receipts will be reimbursed at the end of the quarter, but larger purchases can be done with the TAs help on UCSD's account.

Presentation Material Should Include: (8 minutes)

Description of unmet need.
Description of top design solutions under consideration. Use figures!
Target customers including early adopters as well as wider target customer base.
Competing products and solutions.
High Risk Technical Areas and Possible Risk Reduction Tests
High Risk Marketing Challenges and Possible Minimum Viable Product
Business Model Canvas with at least the Customer Segments, Value Proposition, and Revenue Streams filled out. See:

Proposal for Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
- What are the specific risks and questions you hope to answer with your MVP
- Develop at least 3 possible solutions for designing your MVP (remember the large number of design concepts developed in the IDEO video). Show a drawing of the various concepts and list pros and cons.
- Any technical questions you have
Include a project management slide showing:
- Team of objectives for next week
- What will be presented in two weeks from today
- Tasks that each team member is assigned to for the upcoming week.
Questions you have for the audience.
