Overview of Status of Analysis, Design, Fabrication, Tests, etc.
Ordered new O-ring since having deformation and sealing issues.
Figuring out how to insert four needles into cartridge since cannot be accomplished through 3D printing.
Finding ways to solve o-ring deformation assembly issue which can be possibly done with reverse action tweezers.
Deciding if having a longer driver mechanism would be beneficial.
Accomplishments from Previous Week
Tested 3D prototype and observed and listed high priorities that need to be solved.
Ordered necessary parts to resolve problems with current design such as needles and O-ring.
Designed a longer driving mechanism.
Website was updated.
Goals for Next Week (list names after each item). Use specific and measurable objectives.
Seal space between storage tank and case.
Add 4 smaller holes by hand rather than having just one "large" hole.
Finish final prototype.
Finish report, team webpage, and final presentation.
Sponsor Comments from Last Meeting and Actions Taken to Address these Comments (indicate date of comments and if via email or in person)
Create a single handed use device
Mount a syringe into/onto the cartridge
Prepare a complete/workable CAD design based on our ideas and show to sponsors to figure out budget necessities.
Focus on optimizing previous team's design and fixing their prototype's flaws.
Instructor Comments from Last Meeting and Actions Taken to Address these Comments (indicate date of comments and if via email or in person)
Discussion status of needles and delivery dates.
Will need to ream the prototype since it is being done as a SLS print in order to smooth out the surface. Suggest SLA for next prototype.
Recommended to drill the four holes under a microscope for extra precision.
Make sure to finish appropriate deliverables on time.

Risks and Areas of Concern
Have not been able to meet with Dr. Duncan but consistently meetings with Dr. Dobke
Difficult to meet with everyone in person.
Do not have lab access so anything physical needs to be potentially done at home.
Current prototype:
Structure or materials of needles may deform/break during injection.
Optimize size of current cartridge
Agent delivery system does not work as a whole
Energy could impact conditions of the injected agent.
Resources or Information Required but not Available
Everything must be done virtually with the team.
Schedule
Describe upcoming milestone:
Test prototype
Refine/optimize design based on printed model
Draft final presentation
Edit/Work on report
Budget (list amount spent and amount remaining)
Obtained budget approval from Dr. Dobke to go ahead with necessary spendings
Have enough budget to outsource two prototypes
Progress on Report and Webpage
Report: waiting for draft 2 feedback
Webpage: updated internal page
