The Risk Reduction code was written to simulate the dynamic system, and resulted in a few key design decisions, such as the arm length and the choice to use a sling on the end of the arm. In order to communicate with the system, the motor/brake assembly will accept commands directly from a single board computer running Linux.

The dyn_sym.slx file is a Simulink model of the system.

The Balance_Table.m file is a code written help balance the counterweight properly for a given payload.
