Animation of Final Design | Shows operation at approximately 40 RPM.

Final Iteration | Refined to make easier to machine, made detailed changes to drive assembly based off of motor and brake sourcing

More Detailed Matlab Analysis | The top plot shows the angle of the sling over time during the machine's operation. The bottom plot shows the difference in acceleration experienced by organoids on the outside edge of the CubeLab vs on the inner edge. This was effectively sensitivity testing of the setup.

Third Iteration | Changed to a sling, 2 degree of freedom design to limit off-axis acceleration based off the data from the second Matlab simulation. This design also had to be much bigger

Second Acceleration Simulation | This simulation was the basis for changing to a sling design, as well as changing the boom arm length. While the bucket follows the curve less closely, there is no -1G acceleration present like there is in the fixed acceleration data, thus the swinging arm has limited off-axis acceleration.

Second Iteration | Added attachments for each component, with option of attaching a counterweight on the opposite side.

Initial Acceleration Simulation | Using Matlab, developed simulation tool to evaluate performance of different motors and effects of system parameters on acceleration profile.

Early Concept CAD | First iteration of CAD showing the three most

high-risk components.
