Overview of Status of Analysis, Design, Fabrication, Tests, etc.

• • Finalizing data taking, processing data taken the past few weeks

Accomplishments from Previous Week

• • Water sealing complete, polycarbonate and vinyl materials acquired

    • Test bed will no longer be fully housed in polycarbonate, only top

  • Data gathering with corresponding accelerometer, pressure, and mass flow data via Raspberry Pi

  • Testing performed with accelerometer connected directly to the pipe. 10% reduction in noise. 

  • Draft poster completed and submitted

  • Peer reviews on website and project report received

  • Data taken from accelerometer while adhered directly to piping

  • Speed of sound through FR-4 grade PCB composite computed

• • Lowered the sampling rate of the pressure sensor from 500 Hz to 100 Hz due discrepancy in number of points processed to what was expected.
