Overview of Status of Analysis, Design, Fabrication, Tests, etc.
Risk reduction tests confirmed the validity of using oil rotary shaft seals.
Accomplishments from Previous Week
Risk reduction tests and results complete.
Goals for Next Week (list names after each item). Use specific and measurable objectives.
Each group member will have an analysis of a component of the final design complete by the end of week 1

We were told to focus on aspects of our design not related to the drogue size. We analyzed a fishing reel system to form a basis of the level wind system.
We were told to research rotary sealing for oceanographic purposes. We spoke to 4 companies that produce ocean-engineering equipment. Their representatives supported our design decision.
