· Controller K will utilize feedback signals from the RTD sensor and possibly TU sensors. Heater power may be adjusted by the controller.

Analyzed heat transfer through DUT, thermal interface material, and TU.
Performed preliminary experiment to simulate evaporation of water layer.
Identified functional requirements and constraints.
Considered high risk areas of project.
