water should not spread more than the 2cm x 2 cm area (approximate contact Area of Device Under Testing)
there should be enough water such that Thermal Resistance between Thermal Unit and Device Under Testing is low
Minimal alteration on Thermal Unit
No Alteration can be made on Device Under Testing (this part is usually provided by semiconductor manufacturing Company)
Only one RTD sensor can be used (in real world, semiconductor chip contains only one or none RTD sensor)

Risk Reduction Strategy
Visually understand amount of water the pump system will be dealing with
Simulate evaporation of water between the Thermal Unit and Device Under Testing to understand the evaporation time of such condition
Use LED lights to confirm whether the control algorithm successfully runs
