Pump-Plumbing Overflow Detecting DUT Power Supply Management DAQ

Performance
The Pump-plumbing system was tested at various temperatures: 90, 100, 110, and 120°C. The temperature of the DUT (Ta) and the thermal resistance (θ) between the TU and the DUT were monitored and shown in Figures below.
As the Figures present, the Temperature of the DUT is well maintained at the set temperature. However, when the set point is at 120°C, significant numbers of spikes can be seen and the DUT temperature seems more unstable than at the other temperatures. In addition, the thermal resistance value doubles at this temperature. From this performance test, the Pump-plumbing system can effectively maintain a relatively low thermal resistance under 120°C.
