Digital Citizenship

The International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) identifies being a Digital Citizen as one of the standards for students to achieve in order to "engage and thrive in a connected, digital world".

ISTE defines being a Digital Citizen using the following indicators:

Students recognize the rights, responsibilities, and opportunities of living, learning and working in an interconnected digital world, and they act and model in ways that are safe, legal and ethical.
