At-will employees include behavior support technicians (BSTs), ASC tutors and leads, FACE Liaisons, and lunchroom supervisors.

How often are at-will education support personnel not covered by a union contract evaluated?

According to Board Policy 5:320, each educational support staff member is evaluated annually.

By when must the employee receive their evaluation?

At-will employees must receive their evaluation by their last day of work for the school year.
