Supervisors seeking information on employee disciplinary matters should refer to the relevant collective bargaining agreement (CBA) for each union, as disciplinary procedures and guidelines vary by bargaining unit. Additionally, all disciplinary actions must align with District 65 Board policies to ensure consistency and fairness. Before taking any action, supervisors are encouraged to review the applicable CBA, board policy, and Hiring manager/Principal handbook to ensure compliance with established procedures.
