Reading: Continue reading your non-fiction book. Read a chunk/section/chapter of your non-fiction book. Use sticky notes to write out the main idea of the section as well as any implied main ideas. Remember: Implied ideas are not stated outright.

Historical Fiction Book Project: Due November 15. Have you selected a book yet and run it by me? Once you have read most of the book, come and talk to me about the type of project you want to do. I'll give you directions and a rubric. this information was in your Thursday folder on Open House night. I will post it on my site also.
Math: Unit 2, pages 25 and 26 - doubling volume. Remember: To double volume you only need to double ONE diminsion
Writing: 15 minutes drafting the informational topic you planned today.
Science: At around 8:00 each night, go out and look for the moon. Sketch it on your Moon Journal. Be observant! If you cannot see it, note that on the date.
