Today we expanded the voice-recognition directory services feature to include callers from outside the District. For example, when callers dial the District's main number, and then select option "5", they will be prompted to speak the name of the staff member they are looking for. If a match is found, they will be automatically transferred to that person. Similar menu options are presented in Niles North and Niles West's phone menus, as well.
