You may have noticed that, whenever someone calls you, your IP phone displays a sof
t key at the bottom of the screen called "iDivert" (see image). By pressing the key, you can send the caller directly to voice mail. This is useful if you are in the middle of another call or during a meeting, when you wouldn't want to hear the customary 4 rings before the caller is transferred to voice mail.
