Featured Tip: Call Park

Do you need to talk to an outside party from your classroom? As you may already know, classroom phones do not have the ability to dial out, and outside callers are restricted from reaching classroom phone numbers. How do you solve this problem? Enter Call Park. Simply initiate your conversation in your office, at your regular IP phone. Then, park the call, and resume the conversation from any other D219 phone, within 10 minutes of parking it. Enjoy!

Please note: If you do not retrieve a parked call within 10 minutes, the call will revert back to your desk phone.
